OUR POLICY
Arrival time: New clients are recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. You will need to fill out a one page client information form.
Please allow ample time for travel as appointments cannot be guaranteed if you arrive late and the time reserved for you might need to be lessened.
Cancellation Policy: Because your massage time is reserved for you we ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance if it is necessary for you to re-schedule or cancel. 50% of the service price will be charged for cancellations with less that 12 hours notice. Also any no-shows will be charged the full price of the service fee.
It is recommended that you schedule you next appointment before leaving in order to be assured of the time that works for your schedule.
It is your responsibility to contact your doctor to get a referral note that recommends my services stating your specific condition and the length of treatment suggested for you.
