Myofascial Release is the treatment of the connective tissue where dysfunction can occur after a trauma or injury. This deep rooted pain from the myofascial restriction can last for years if no one diagnoses it as such. In our center we are dedicated to finding the cause of the pain and treating the soft tissue problems. The fascia is a very resilient web that can cause compensatory pain patterns due to trauma, falls, sports injuries or car accidents.
Myofascial treatments at our center are very thorough to give the best results in the quickest amount of sessions (depending on the severity of the injury and the length of time the person has them, since there could be compensatory factors involved.) Myofascial release can be done fully clothed if necessary and can be combined with other modalities.
In my experience I have seen many people get healed from extreme head trauma and large remaining bumps and painful muscles around their injury site. As this could be a deeply rooted traumatic event that has left the fascia all bound up and dysfunctional, there could more than likely be an emotional component as well as a physical one. The myofascial connection to pain always needs to be addressed and that is what I offer at my office with my advanced techniques.

I am a newbie to craniosacral therapy and am amazed how profoundly impactful such a gentle modality can be. I came to Linda for post-viral inflammation of the Eustachian tubes which left me hardly able to hear. After 20 minutes on her table I asked her if she had just turned the music on, and she told me, "Laurie, it's been on the whole time.".

I was having persistent ankle and calf swelling that I just couldn't seem to resolve on my own with stretching and vitamin supplements. After two massages, it's GONE, thanks to Linda! Great experience and very kind person and massage therapist!

I’ve been going to Linda for years now and am so happy with the care and service she’s provided me and my family. She really cares about her clients and finds the root of the ailment. I’ve seen her for specific issues like migraine and vertigo, as well as general aches and pains. I highly recommend Linda!
